Help!
One of my favorite brothers, whom we will call Captain Neoprene, is getting married in approximately 31 days. He and his future wife are both extremely kind and generous in allowing me, the lowly/younger sister, the privilege of doing whatever I want with the reception centerpieces and flowers.
