Best Buddies/Bullies

Millie's has a best friend named Esther. Usually, they play nicely.

And sometimes, their babysitter just sits there and takes pictures while they don't play as nicely.

(Watch that sneaky Esther in pursuit of what she wants)

And then, Millie pulled Esther's hair. Unfortunately, I didn't get a good shot of that one.

That's what friends do, right?

See Millie Sit

And mommy braids
note: I realize that a baby sitting up is rather anticlimactic to some, but we were pretty excited when she started a little while ago.

My Chinese Secret Admirer

Well, I have a secret admirer. I haven't had one of those since the little boy in elementary school who secretly gave me a sticker that had a dog kissing a cat. In response, I said, "gross!"

To have one now, is still gross, but also rather intriguing. His latest secret message translated to be, "
Still like it here - to support you"

Does he like my blog, and he wants to support it, or is it a secret code that I'm supposed to decipher? Maybe it's one of those key words like, "I have a red ribbon" that actually means, "run!"

Another recent message I got, said, "
Long drive straight toward the planet's people, the inverse falter on the road in the gorge who achieve their goals more easily."

Now, I don't know what that means, but gorges and aliens make me nervous and I'm really not sure what this guys wants.

Either way, I love support, and until I receive further secret messages, I'm not running any more (I only say that after the race this morning that left me jello for legs. More on that later.)!

note: as sweet as my secret admirer is, I wouldn't recommend clicking on his links. They may or may not be porn sites.

Can't Resist

I've been wanting to find a good topic to post these cute pictures, but instead, I'll just post them. Enjoy!

I know this one is blurry, but the pose is just too good.

Over the river and through the woods, to the Lund's house they came!

B's parents came for the weekend which included my MIL's birthday, B's birthday, and the U.S.'s birthday. Luckily for me, our town threw a big parade so that I didn't have to. Rather than bore you with our goings-on, I'll just overload you with pictures of the weekend.

Did I miss something?

For those who can't read this zoomed-in sign (I was driving when I took this picture. Don't tell my mom), it says, "The New Miracle Food: Burrito"

I can't think of anything new or miraculous about burritos.
