1. Make sure your baby doesn't relieve herself for about 3 days. This is very important.
2. Feed the baby a lot of baby food prunes.
3. Leave the baby with grandpa for a few hours.

Those are the worst! I hit an all-time low when I had to change TWO of those during one sacrament meeting. I bet she feels better though!
