Christmas Tree
Last year, my love bought us my very first live Christmas tree. Well, Christmas is here again, and we got another beautiful live one! Woohoo! I love it! When I was putting lights on it, I got to the top and realized that I had way too many lights left over. So, what did we do? Just scrunched the excess up and made a star/modern piece of art for the top. Classic.
Oh yeah. And this is how we're keeping the tree from falling over. For some reason it didn't like being straight in the stand, and thus is now balancing by this string.

Classy! I miss the smell of a live tree (I bought a candle) But in my opinion not even the smell beats having the tree pre-lit.
