Best Birthday Ever

Yesterday, I turned a quarter of a century. I just never thought I'd make it to my mid-20s, and here I am. Wow. It seems like 25 is a significant birthday--not quite as significant as 12 or 14 or 16 were, what with all those stake dances and starting to date and drive to think about, but still significant. So, in honor of my extreme age, we dropped off Millie for her first babysitting gig with her Grandma and Grandpa in Bountiful, and hit the town.

Here's where I would put the photographic evidence if I had any. Sorry.

We went bowling, ate Mexican food with horrible salsa, and danced by the light of the stars by the Bountiful temple. It was possibly the best date I've ever been on, and arguably my best birthday as well.

It seems that every year gets better.

Yay Bountiful! I'm glad you got to have such a fun date Mary. Happy late Birthday. I'm glad you were born.

What!? I thought I wrote your birthday on my calendar... How can I make it up to you? Would a homemade bird mobile do? I'll go ahead and finish that for you. No but truly, you are such a wonderful person to the core. A person who I uninhibitedly admire and can count on for anything at all. I love and relate to you on so many levels and am so happy to be bosom friends forever. Happy belated birthday, dearest Pants!
